Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
